Construction Progress of the Majestic Empire Residences

✨ With the ceremonial groundbreaking on November 6, 2025, the construction of the Majestic Empire Residences officially began on the beautiful island of Tablas in the Philippines.
 

Since then, the project has been growing step by step. The first bungalow, whose construction progress we intentionally documented in great detail, has now been successfully completed and was finished on May 3. The current images of the completed bungalow can already be viewed on our homepage and provide a realistic impression of the high-quality construction standards and the unique living concept of our development.

🌴 Due to the high demand and numerous buyer inquiries, three additional bungalows are currently being built simultaneously. As a result, the development of the entire community is now progressing visibly and steadily.
 

We deliberately chose to present the first bungalow in great detail so that interested buyers could transparently and authentically follow the entire construction process — from the first foundation works all the way to completion. Going forward, we will continue to regularly publish new photos and videos, showcasing not only individual completed homes, but also the overall development progress of the entire project.
 

At the moment, our main focus is on completing the first row of houses within the Majestic Empire Residences. The final landscaping and exterior garden areas will only be completed once an entire construction row has been finished. For this reason, the current photos of the first completed bungalow intentionally do not yet show the final landscaped surroundings, as construction work on the neighboring homes is still ongoing.
