Facts instead of rumors
Time and again, comments appear on the Internet or on social platforms from people who criticize the Majestic Empire Residences project or even claim that it is just a “dream project” without any reality.
The facts speak clearly:
The project was officially launched in 2019.
Four houses have already been fully built, completed and handed over to their owners.
These houses are not only documented in photos, but are even clearly recognizable on Google Maps. Anyone can see for themselves and view the existing buildings at the site.
The project had to be temporarily halted in mid-2020 due solely to the harsh measures taken during the coronavirus pandemic. During this time, going to work or even moving freely on the streets was prohibited in the Philippines for weeks and months. Under such circumstances, continuing the project was simply impossible.
It is all the more remarkable that, despite this difficult situation, the first four houses were successfully completed. This fact demonstrates the seriousness and reliability of the project.
With the relaunch in early 2025, the project will now be continued by initiator Matthias Brandl together with his partner Oliver Höhn with renewed energy and a clear vision – and is anything but a “dream”, but a tangible reality.
House Doro
The first building to be completed is Haus Doro, a charming two-story residential building. The owner lives on the upper floor in her spacious private apartment, which boasts stunning views of the surrounding nature.
The ground floor, however, has been cleverly utilized: It houses two separate vacation apartments available for rent. This combination allows for comfortable and independent living while also making life in the Philippines financially comfortable thanks to the regular rental income – a particular advantage for retirees who want to meaningfully supplement their pension from Germany.
Gertrud House
