Already completed houses
Facts, not rumors
Comments from people who speak negatively about the Majestic Empire Residences project or even claim it is just a "dream project" without reality keep appearing on the internet or on social media platforms.
The facts speak for themselves:
The project was officially launched in 2019.
Four houses have already been fully built, completed and handed over to their owners.
These houses are not only documented in photos, but are also clearly visible on Google Maps. Anyone can see for themselves and view the existing buildings on site.
The project had to be temporarily suspended in mid-2020 solely due to the strict measures implemented during the COVID-19 pandemic. During this time, it was forbidden for weeks and months in the Philippines to go to work or even to move freely on the streets. Under such circumstances, continuing the project was simply impossible.
It is all the more remarkable that, despite these difficult circumstances, the first four houses were successfully completed. This fact proves the seriousness and reliability of the project.
With the restart at the beginning of 2025, the project will now be continued with new energy and a clear vision by the initiator Matthias Brandl together with his partner Oliver Höhn – and is anything but a “dream”, but a tangible reality.

Doro House
The first completed building is House Doro, a charming two-story residence. The owner lives on the upper floor in her spacious private apartment, which boasts a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside.
The ground floor, on the other hand, has been cleverly utilized: it houses two separate holiday apartments available for rent. This combination allows for comfortable and independent living while simultaneously providing a financially secure lifestyle in the Philippines through regular rental income – a particular advantage for retirees who wish to supplement their German pension.

Gertrude's House
House Gertrud was built in 2019 to the highest quality standards and with solid construction methods, offering 96 square meters of living space on the ground floor. Here you will find an ideal layout with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large, open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining room, and living room.
The property is situated on a gentle slope, which offers a particular advantage: An additional living space of over 40 square meters was created in the basement, which has not yet been developed. This area offers a variety of possibilities – be it as a guest area, hobby room, office, or even as a separate granny flat, which would also be suitable for renting out and thus generate additional income.
Another advantage: The house has only been painted with primer so far; the final coat of paint in the new owner's desired color is already included in the purchase price.
Currently, Haus Gertrud is for sale – for only 119,900 euros – and thus offers an excellent opportunity for buyers looking for a high-quality property with expansion potential and real added value.

House M & M
House M & M was started in 2019 and successfully completed in the same year. With a living area of 96 square meters, it offers a well-thought-out floor plan and a high level of living comfort.
The house has two bedrooms, a spacious living room/kitchen with integrated dining area, a bathroom and a beautiful terrace that invites you to relax outdoors.
Due to the sloping terrain of the property, an additional, separate room has been created in the lower area. This room is currently unfinished and offers the future owner a variety of possibilities: it could, for example, be converted into a separate guest apartment or for rental purposes. It is also ideally suited as a hobby room, workshop, sauna, or for individual living ideas – entirely according to personal needs.
Thus, Haus M & M offers not only a solid and comfortable home, but also valuable expansion and income potential.
