Already completed houses

Facts, not rumors

Again and again, comments appear on the internet or on social media platforms from people attempting to discredit the Majestic Empire Residences project or even claiming that it is merely a “dream project” without any real implementation.

However, the facts speak for themselves:

The project was officially launched back in 2019.

​

Four houses have already been fully constructed, completed, and handed over to their respective owners. These houses are not only documented through photographs, but are even clearly visible on Google Maps. Anyone interested can personally view the location and see the existing buildings for themselves. It should be noted, however, that Google Maps often updates its satellite imagery only every two to three years. Newly constructed houses or current construction progress may therefore not yet be visible on the latest satellite images.

The temporary pause of the project in mid-2020 was solely caused by the severe restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic. At that time in the Philippines, people were partially prohibited for weeks and even months from going to work or even freely moving on public streets. Under such circumstances, continuing construction was simply impossible.

What makes the project even more remarkable is the fact that despite these extremely difficult conditions, the first four houses were still successfully completed. This alone clearly demonstrates the seriousness, reliability, and actual execution capability behind the entire project.

With the restart in early 2025, the further development of the Majestic Empire Residences was resumed with new energy, clear structure, and long-term vision by the project initiator Matthias Brandl together with his partner Oliver Höhn.

Another important milestone followed with the official groundbreaking of a new bungalow in November 2025. This bungalow was successfully completed and finalized on May 3, 2026. The complete construction documentation as well as current images of the finished house are publicly available and viewable.

The reality of the project becomes even more evident when looking at its current status:

As of May 16, 2026, three additional bungalows are already under simultaneous parallel construction. Due to the exceptionally high demand, numerous serious buyer inquiries, and several units that have already been sold, a conscious decision was made to construct multiple houses at the same time in order to meet demand and accelerate the completion of additional residential units.

Construction activities are therefore currently taking place simultaneously on multiple lots, clearly demonstrating that the Majestic Empire Residences are no longer merely in a planning phase, but are already actively and visibly growing.

In addition, the large apartment project “Haus Mayari” has already been comprehensively prepared. This modern four-story apartment building will contain a total of 21 apartment units.

The building permits for this project have already been applied for, all architectural and planning documents have been fully completed, and the designated construction area has already been professionally prepared using heavy machinery. The land and the entire section where Haus Mayari will be built have already been leveled and carefully prepared with excavators.

Construction of this apartment building is scheduled to begin within the coming weeks and represents the next major development phase of the Majestic Empire Residences.
