That's exactly why we deliver our properties unfurnished – so you have complete freedom to design your new home according to your personal taste .

Our support in setting up

Even if we don't provide furniture, we won't leave you alone. We're happy to help you perfectly furnish your house or apartment.

Opportunities on site:

• Local carpenters : Manufacture custom-made kitchens and furniture at very reasonable prices.

• International furniture stores : In Manila, you can find IKEA and many other furniture stores with a wide selection.

Our free setup service

If you wish, we will personally accompany you to Manila to purchase furniture and furnishings. This includes:

• Advice on selection

• Planning and surveying on site

• Organization of shipping and delivery to the island

💡 Important: We do not charge hourly or daily rates for this service . You only pay:

• Your and our ferry or flight tickets to Manila

• Hotel overnight stay in Manila

• Transport costs for purchasing

We'll do everything else together – and in most cases, the entire setup can be planned, purchased, and organized in a single trip to Manila.
