Matthias Brandl – Founder & Visionary of Majestic Empire Residences

Matthias Brandl, a native German, has lived in the Philippines for over 20 years and has successfully completed numerous projects during this time. These include hotel complexes as well as countless construction projects of varying sizes – from exclusive residential buildings to complex resort developments.

As the initiator and driving force behind Majestic Empire Residences, he combines his extensive experience as an entrepreneur, planner, and creative visionary. His goal: to create a senior living residence that combines the highest level of living comfort, modern architecture, and a first-class service culture – making it unique in the region.

In parallel, he is the owner and founder of Annabel's Resort on Tablas Island, known for its idyllic location, first-class cuisine and warm hospitality.

Matthias Brandl embodies entrepreneurial vision, meticulous attention to detail, and the highest quality standards. His extensive experience in the Philippines, combined with a deep understanding of local conditions, makes him a reliable partner for demanding residential and construction projects.

Oliver Höhn, born in 1968 in Mühldorf am Inn (Bavaria), has been an entrepreneur since 1986. Throughout his career, he has learned and successfully practiced both skilled trades and commercial professions. For several years, he worked in the real estate and finance sectors and for over 22 years managed a successful automotive company with comprehensive personnel and sales responsibilities.

His particular strengths lie in entrepreneurial thinking, leadership, and practical problem-solving.

In his free time, Oliver is passionate about riding motorcycles, traveling, dancing, and devotes himself with great devotion to his dogs.
He speaks German, English, and Bavarian.
