Matthias Brandl – Founder & Visionary of Majestic Empire Residences

Matthias Brandl, a native of Germany, has lived in the Philippines for over 20 years and has completed numerous successful projects during this time. These include hotel complexes and countless construction projects of various sizes – from exclusive residential buildings to complex resort complexes.

As the initiator and driving force behind Majestic Empire Residences, he combines his extensive experience as an entrepreneur, planner, and creative visionary. His goal: to create a senior residence that combines the highest levels of living comfort, modern architecture, and a first-class service culture—making it unique in the region.

At the same time, he is the owner and founder of Annabel's Resort on Tablas Island, known for its idyllic location, first-class cuisine and warm hospitality.

Matthias Brandl stands for entrepreneurial vision, attention to detail, and the highest quality standards. His many years of experience in the Philippines, combined with a deep understanding of local conditions, make him a reliable partner for demanding residential and construction projects.

Oliver Höhn, born in 1968 in Mühldorf am Inn (Bavaria), has been an entrepreneur since 1986. Over the course of his career, he has learned and successfully practiced both skilled trades and commercial professions. He worked in the real estate and finance sectors for several years and managed a successful automotive company for over 22 years, assuming comprehensive human resources and sales responsibility.

His particular strengths lie in entrepreneurial thinking, leadership and practical problem-solving.

In his free time, Oliver is passionate about motorcycling, traveling, dancing, and is devoted to his dogs.
He speaks German, English and Bavarian.
