Rent-to-own – a brief overview
In short – here are the three ways you can secure an apartment or house. Details follow below.
-
Investment: Acquisition as an investment; own use (e.g. in the winter months) is possible, and rental for ongoing income and long-term value development during the rest of the time.
-
Rent-to-own (very important): Rent-to-own is not simply renting. It always requires a down payment – usually a significant portion of the purchase price; the exact amount will be explained individually later. The remaining balance is then paid off in convenient monthly installments.
-
Financing (Note)
-
We do not offer our own financing. If desired, financing must be applied for through your bank in your home country.
-
Furthermore, we support you with an alternative option: By purchasing life and pension insurance policies, Riester and building society savings contracts, as well as other insurance policies, we help you to release capital immediately. This allows you to realize your plans easily and independently of traditional bank loans.
