Rent-to-own is one of our biggest attractions. It's designed for people who will retire in 2-3 years or who are currently liquidating assets (e.g., car, apartment, small house) and still want to secure a unit today. Important: After payment of the deposit, your unit will be built; you can move in immediately upon completion, while the remaining balance continues to be paid in convenient monthly installments. Rent-to-own is not simply renting – it always requires a deposit.
Basic principle
Down payment today, remaining balance in installments.
Construction & Move-in: Construction of your apartment/house begins after the down payment. Move-in is possible immediately after completion/acceptance – without having to wait for the final payment.
The rent-to-own price includes the interest/installment surcharge (due to installment payments) and is higher than the immediate purchase price.
Furthermore, no additional interest is charged – the surcharge is already included in the rent-to-own price.
Repayment of the remaining balance is possible at any time.
