Rent-to-own – secure now, move in immediately

Rent-to-own is one of our biggest attractions. It's aimed at people who will be retiring in 2-3 years or are currently liquidating assets (e.g., car, apartment, small house) and still want to secure a unit today. Important: After paying the down payment, your unit will be built; you can move in immediately upon completion, while the remaining balance continues to be paid in convenient monthly installments. Rent-to-own is not just renting—it always requires a down payment.

Basic principle

  • Down payment today, remaining amount in installments.

  • Construction & Move-In: Construction of your apartment/house begins after a down payment. You can move in immediately after completion/acceptance – without having to wait for the final payment.

  • The hire purchase price includes the interest/installment surcharge (due to installment payments) and is higher than the outright purchase price.

  • There are no additional interest charges – the surcharge is already included in the hire purchase price.

  • Repayment of the remaining balance is possible at any time.

Conditions & Numbers

House (rent-to-own)

  • Regular purchase price: €49,900

  • Rent-to-own price (including interest/rate surcharge): €53,900

  • Down payment: €34,000 (≈ 68.1% of the regular purchase price)

  • Remaining amount after down payment: 19,900 €

Installment examples for the remaining amount of €19,900:

  • 3 years (36 months): approx. €552.78 / month

  • 5 years (60 months): approx. €331.67 / month

Apartment (rent-to-own)

  • Regular purchase price: €34,900

  • Rent-to-own price (including interest/rate surcharge): €37,900

  • Down payment: €23,000 (≈ 65.9% of the regular purchase price)

  • Remaining amount after down payment: 14,900 €

Installment examples for the remaining amount of €14,900:

  • 3 years (36 months): approx. €413.89 / month

  • 5 years (60 months): approx. €248.33 / month
