A studio apartment is available for long-term rental on Tablas Island, part of the Romblon region. The island is centrally located in the Philippines and easily accessible by ferry from Batangas, Lucena, Caticlan, or Roxas. The apartment is just 100 meters from a stunning sandy beach in a protected bay. If you love peace and quiet, long walks on the beach, swimming, and snorkeling, this is the perfect place for you. Here you'll find breathtaking coral reefs and a vibrant, stunning underwater world unlike any other. The apartment is located in a small, German-speaking community where you'll find many friendly people, making it easy to connect with them. English is also spoken here. Feel free to join our activities if you'd like. We all help each other out to make life as pleasant as possible. If you don't feel like preparing your own food, you'll find several quaint restaurants and pubs along the beach where you can eat well and affordably. These are just a short walk away. A lunch with a drink will cost you around 250 to 300 pesos, which is about 4 to 5 euros. In the capital, Odiongan, about 14 kilometers away, you'll find everything you need for daily life. You can even get many things in Ferrol, which is only 5 kilometers away. There are also several small grocery stores nearby where you can quickly pick up essentials on foot.

To the apartment
It's approximately 33 square meters with a lovely terrace. It features a double bed, clothes rack, chest of drawers, dining table, and chairs. Cookware, plates, cutlery, a kettle, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a kitchenette with a sink and cooktop are provided. The room can also be furnished to your personal taste. For cooling, there's a very quiet and energy-efficient air conditioner. In addition, there's a ceiling fan and a standing fan. The bathroom has a shower and instantaneous water heater, toilet, bidet, and sink. The monthly rent is 19,500 pesos, which is between 295 and 310 euros depending on the exchange rate. Water and internet access are included in the rent. Electricity is billed separately based on individual consumption and meter readings. This can range from 500 to 3,000 pesos, or between 8 and 48 euros per month. The apartment accommodates two people.

Regarding transportation: A scooter can be rented for a few pesos per day. A 24-hour rental costs 350 pesos, approximately €5.50. A tricycle service or a shuttle service by car is also available. Furthermore, for a small fee, you can use a room cleaning service (350 pesos), a laundry service (350 pesos), a shopping and errand service, and a personal care service.
