The island is located fairly centrally in the Philippines and is easily accessible by ferry from Batangas, Lucena, Caticlan, or Roxas. The apartment is just 100 meters from a beautiful sandy beach, whose bay is a nature reserve. If you love peace and quiet, walks on the beach, and like swimming and snorkeling, this is the ideal place for you. Here you will find beautiful corals and a colorful, breathtaking underwater world that is second to none. The apartment is located in a small German-speaking settlement, where there are many sociable people living there, and you will quickly make friends. In addition to German, English is also spoken here. You are welcome to join in our activities if you would like. We help each other out to make life as pleasant as possible. If you don't feel like preparing your own food, you'll find several quaint restaurants and pubs along the beach where you can enjoy good, inexpensive meals. These are just a few meters away on foot. Lunch with a drink will cost around 250 to 300 pesos, which is about €4 to €5. In the capital, Odiongan, about 14 kilometers away, you'll find everything you need for daily life. You can even get many things in Ferrol, which is only 5 kilometers away. There are also several "Sari Sari Stores" nearby, where you can quickly stock up on essentials within walking distance.

It is approximately 9 square meters and beautifully furnished. It has a double bed, bedside tables, and a dresser. To cool the room, there is an air conditioner that runs super quietly and is very energy-efficient. It also has a ceiling fan and a wall fan. There is a kitchen and a shared bathroom with a shower and instantaneous water heater, toilet, bidet, and sink. The rent is 150 euros or 9,900 pesos per month. Water consumption, electricity consumption, and internet access are included in the rent.
Regarding mobility: You can rent a scooter for a few pesos by the day. The daily rental price is 350 pesos, approximately €5.50. A tricycle service or a shuttle service by car is also available. Furthermore, for a small fee, you can use a room cleaning service (350 pesos), a laundry service (350 pesos), a shopping and errand service, and a personal assistance service.
